摘要
提升钢丝绳用于悬挂提升容器,并通过提升机带动提升容器上升或下降,提升钢丝绳的安全可靠直接关系到提升系统的正常使用,对矿山正常生产、人员安全也有非常重要的影响。本文分析了深井提升钢丝绳的受力特点,并总结了深井提升钢丝绳的失效形式,进而对深井提升钢丝绳失效规律进行研究,其选型对提升系统具有重要意义。
The hoisting wire rope is used to suspend the lifting container and drive the lifting container up and down by the lifter.The safety and reliability of the lifting wire rope is directly related to the correct use of the lifting system,and also has a very important impact on the normal production of mines and the safety of personnel.In this paper,the force characteristics of deep shaft hoisting wire rope are analyzed,and the failure forms of deep shaft hoisting wire rope are summarized.Then the failure law of deep shaft hoisting wire rope is studied.Its selection has great significance to the hoisting system.
