提高云南某选矿厂细粒锡石回收率的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 云南某选矿厂锡泥矿,采用重选回收率低。为了提高细粒锡石的回收率,对锡泥矿进行锡石浮选试验研究,试验结果表明,采用"脱泥—脱硫—浮锡"工艺,以草酸为调整剂,TL-1为捕收剂,P86为辅助捕收剂,获得锡精矿品位8.59%、锡回收率82.38%的闭路试验指标。并在此基础上对锡泥矿开展锡石浮选工业试验,其结果与原重选工艺比较,锡品位提高了5.84个百分点,对原矿回收率提高了3.18个百分点,经济效益显著。 The recovery of tin fine mud of a mineral processing plant with the gravity process by shaking table in yunnan is low.In order to improve the recovery rate of fine cassiterite,the cassiterite flotation test was carried out.The results show that the technical index of tin concentrate grade of 8.59%and tin recovery rate of 82.38% can be obtained by using the technology of desliming-desulfurization-tin floatation,using oxalic acid as regulator,TL-1 as collector and P86 as auxiliary collector.On the basis of this,the cassiterite flotation industry test was carried out.Compared with the original process,tin grade increased by 5.84 point percentage,recovery rate increased by 3.18 point percentage,and economic benefits were significant.
