摘要
以广西某水淬铜渣为研究对象,通过阶段磨矿、阶段浮选,第一段使用钢球作为磨矿介质,磨矿细度-0.045mm占90%,尾矿使用纳米陶瓷球为磨矿介质,艾砂磨为超细磨设备,磨矿细度为-0.038mm占95%,Z-200作为捕收剂,可以获得综合铜品位19.01%,回收率88.68%的铜精矿;尾矿含铜品位降到0.18%。试验对纳米陶瓷球和艾砂磨在水淬铜渣尾矿再磨再选具有借鉴意义。
Taking a water-quenched copper slag of Ruilin as the research object,through the stage grinding and stage flotation,the first stage uses steel balls as the grinding medium with grinding fineness-0.045 mm accounts for 90%,and the tailings uses nano ceramic balls as the grinding medium and Isa mill as ultra-fine grinding equipment with regrind grinding fineness-0.038 mm accounted for 95%,use Z-200 as collector,and the copper concentrate with the comprehensive copper grade of 19.01%and the recovery rate of 88.68%can be obtained;the copper grade of the tailings is reduced to 0.18%.This study has reference significance in the re-grinding of nano ceramic balls in copper slag tailings.
