The Research and Application of New Technology to Improve the Separation Index of Silver Bearing Lead-zinc Ore in Qixia Mountain

摘要 针对栖霞山深部银铅锌矿石矿物组成复杂,银、铅、锌、硫等硫化矿物致密共生的镶嵌关系,重点研究了磨矿细度、磨矿方式以及流程结构对选别指标的影响,采用银铅快速浮选—异步强化再选—粗精矿再磨精选工艺,辅助采用铅高效捕收剂BK906,解决了同种矿物由于可浮性差异而影响选矿指标的问题,提高了产品质量,实现了铅锌高效分离回收,最终达到提高有价金属品位和回收率的目的。 In view of the complex mineralogy and the close association of silver,lead,zinc and iron sulfide minerals in the ore,the influence of grinding fineness,grinding method and flowsheet structure on the separation indices was studied.A process of rapid flotation of silver and lead,asynchronous intensified re-flotation,and re-grinding of rough concentrate followed by cleaning was adopted,assisted by the highlyefficient collector BK906,solving the problem that the same mineral type showed different flotability which deteriorated mineral processing indices.The product quality was improved and an efficient separation and recovery of lead and zinc realized.The goal of improving the grade and the recovery of valuable metals was finally achieved.
