江西某低品位铁锂云母矿综合回收工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了实现江西某低品位铁锂云母矿的资源综合利用,在工艺矿物学及试验研究的基础上,提出了采用'重—磁—浮'联合选矿工艺流程,并针对该矿泥化程度高的问题,进行了磨矿细度、脱泥、捕收剂种类及用量条件试验,确定了回收锂、钽铌、锡、长石及铁等有价组分的全开路流程。在原矿仅含Ta2O50.0041%、Nb2O50.0047%、Li2O 0.63%的基础上,获得了含Ta2O515.28%、回收率37.35%的钽铌精矿,含Sn 42.76%、回收率38.48%的锡精矿,含Li2O 3.1%、回收率75.48%的锂云母精矿,并使得长石精矿达到了特级品质量标准。 In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of zinnwaldite resource,acombination process of Gravity-Magnetic-Flotation technologywas proposed based on systematic mineralogy research and mineral processing experiments.In view of the slime mineralization degree is high,the grinding fineness,desliming,kind and amount of collector condition test were carried out.And a full open processforthe recovery of the valuable components such as lithium,tantalum and niobium,tin,feldspar,and iron was determined.In the situation of Ta2O5 0.0041%,Nb2O5 0.0047%,Li2O 0.63%,K2O3.06%,Na2O 4.52%,Fe2O3 0.64%of the raw ore,tantalum-niobium concentrate containing Ta2O5 15.28%with recovery of 37.35%,Sn 42.76%with recovery of 38.48%,and Li2O 3.1%with recovery of 75.48%were obtained,which made feldspar concentrate reach the quality standard of premium products.
