摘要 在航空运输中,航班受到各种因素影响,原定航班出现延误,需要在最短的时间内做出决策,使得航班延误的影响最小.本文对航班延误恢复决策过程进行建模,针对航班延误、飞机置换和航班取消三种类型的航班恢复过程建模分析.在不允许机型置换与航班取消的情况下,建立航班恢复模型,基于周转能力最大化的航班延误调整优化算法,使得航班计划尽快恢复,得到了航班总延误最小的方案;在允许置换机型的条件下,建立考虑机型置换的航班恢复模型,并在基于周转能力最大化的航班延误调整优化算法加入机型置换过程,得到了机型置换方案与恢复航班计划;最后,考虑乘客同行与转机的信息,建立乘客导向的航班恢复模型,并采用航班环优先与周转能力最大化相结合的算法,得出乘客导向的航班恢复计划. In air transportation,flights are affected by various factors. Due to delays in scheduled flights,decisions need to be made in the shortest time to minimize flight delays. In this paper,the flight delay recovery decision process is modeled,and three types of flight recovery process modeling are analyzed for flight delay,aircraft replacement and flight cancellation. Under the condition that aircraft replacement and flight cancellation are not allowed,a flight recovery model is proposed. A flight delay adjustment algorithm with maximum turnover capacity is put to solve the model,and the minimum total flight delay is achieved;When the aircraft replacement is allowed,a flight recovery model considering machine type replacement is developed,and based on the flight delay adjustment algorithm with turnover capacity maximization,the process of machine replacement is added to get flight replacement plan and recovery flight plan.Finally,considering the passenger with the same transit information,a recovery process with passenger orientated is modeled,and an algorithm flight loop priority and the turnover capacity maximization is applied to get the passenger oriented flight recovery plan.
