铜冶炼厂烟尘罐及其卸料方式的设计改进

摘要 针对铜冶炼厂烟尘罐运输卸料过程中存在的漏料、扬尘、劳动强度大等问题,在实际工程中从烟尘罐本体及其卸料方式两个方面进行了设计改进,开发了1套翻罐机,实现了烟尘罐的机械卸料,有效净化厂区环境,推动绿色新工厂的建设。 In view of the problems of leakage, dust and high labor intensity in the process of transportation and unloading of duct bucket in copper smelters. The design improvement was carried out in the actual project from the two aspects of the dust bucket body and its unloading method, and a bucket-turning machine was developed to realize mechanical unloading of the dust bucket, which could effectively purify the environment of the plant and promote the construction of a new green plant.
