摘要 PS转炉水冷烟罩水冷套的导热性和热变形,直接影响设备使用性能。首先采用SolidWorks建立PS转炉水冷烟罩水套的三维模型,然后导入Flow Simulation分析模块,设置好转炉吹炼时的工况后,对不同板厚的水套进行了热态流体仿真分析。通过仿真分析,不仅可以得到实际工况下水套内部的冷却水轨迹,还能清楚显示水套内部水温变化和水套钢板热变形数据,可为同类冶金设备特别是水套钢板厚度的选择提供参考。 Thermal conductivity and thermal deformation of water-cooled hood jacket of PS converter directly affect the application performance of equipment. The paper firstly uses SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional model of water-cooled hood water jacket of PS converter, and then introduces Flow Simulation analysis module. After setting the working condition of the converter in converting, the hot fluid simulation analysis of water jacket with different plate thickness is carried out. Through the simulation analysis, not only the cooling water track in the water jacket under the actual working conditions can be obtained, but also the water temperature change inside the water jacket and the hot deformation data of the water jacket steel plate can be clearly displayed, which can provide a reference for the selection of the thickness of similar metallurgical equipment, especially the water jacket steel plate.
