On April 7, Henan Yulian Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Shawan County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region inked an agreement concerning investing RMB 12 billion in an 800,000-ton aluminum project. The project took less than 2 months from survey to signing of the agreement.
