摘要
介绍了控电氯化选择性浸出处理铅阳极泥技术,酸浸渣经碱转化后火法熔炼产出粗银,粗银电解得到电解银。该工艺简化了铅阳极泥的处理过程,不污染环境,无火法冶炼所产氧化渣、烟尘有价金属难以综合回收的问题。
The technology of controlled-potential chloridizing and selectivity leaching lead anode slime was introduced in this paper.Acid leaching slag was melted to generate crude silver after alkali conversing,crude silver was electrolyzed to obtain electrolytic silver.This technology shortens the treatment of lead anode slime,keeps environmentally friendly and avoids the problems such as difficulty to recover valuable metals from oxide slag and dust generated by smelting.
