摘要 在湿法炼锌系统中,采用金属锰粉来代替锌粉置换除镉等杂质。通过控制反应过程中pH为4.0左右,按照[Cd]量的1.3倍加入金属锰粉,一段即可将镉除至电解要求范围。金属锰粉除镉具有除镉效果好、除镉效率高、镉不容易返溶等优点。同时,在用金属锰粉除镉的过程中,锰进入系统,还能对整个系统起到补充锰的作用。 In the hydrometallurgical zinc smelting system, zinc powder is replaced by metal manganese powder for the removal of cadmium and other impurities. By controlling pH value of 4.0 or so in the reaction process, metal manganese powder, the amount of which is 1. 3 times of cadmium amount, is added and only one stage can make cadmium removal meet the electrolysis requirements. Cadmium removal by metal manganese powder has the advantages of good cadmium removal effect and high cadmium removal efficiency with difficult cadmium re-dissolution.Meanwhile, during the cadmium removal by metal manganese powder, manganese enters the system, which can supplement the manganese in the whole system.
