摘要
本文从原料、工艺、设备和操作等多个方面分析了二次燃烧室堵塞的原因,提出了解决二次燃烧室堵塞的优化改进建议,有效降低了二次燃烧室堵塞的频率,提高了钛渣冶炼设备的连续作业率,缩短了冶炼周期。
Causes for secondary combustion chamber blocking are analyzed from the aspects of raw materials,process, equipment and operation. The improving suggestions for solving secondary combustion chamber blocking are proposed, which can effectively reduce the blocking frequency of secondary combustion chamber, improve the continuous operation rate of titanium slag smelting equipment and shorten the smelting cycle.
