ACPAFFC Delegation headed by its president Chen Haosu attended the Second UCLG ASPAC Congress in Pattaya, Thailand from July 14 to 19. With the theme "Sustainable Cities and Local Governments for a Sustainable World", the congress organized four theme forums and eight workshops. Thai Deputy Prime Minister Sahas Bunditkul was present at the opening ceremony.
