On Nov 13,Vice-President Song Jingwu met with Thorkell Arnason, the newly elected president of the Icelandic Chinese Cultural Society, and Gunnar Gunnarson, Iceland’s ambassador to China.Song congratulated Arnason on his election and asked him to convey greetings to his predecessors, especially Arnthor Helgason.
