Tikhvinsky,born in September1918,died at the age of 100 in February,2018.Sergey Leonidovich Tikhvinsky was an outstanding Russian diplomat serving with experience and distinction.He was a historian and leading authority in Russia’s Chinese studies who made immeasurable contributions to East Asia studies,especially regarding China.
