On Earth Day,April 22,2019,the first Park City Forum was held in Chengdu.Vienna,Austria’s Ernst Vooler,the speaker of Parliament,led a delegation to attend the forum and put forward a suggestion from his state.Vooler,who was in Chengdu for the first time,said that in Vienna they use technologies to build new buildings,expand the living space of citizens and make sure that green space and water areas account for 50 percent of the city’s ground.
