摘要
交通微循环是缓解城市干道交通压力、解决城市交通拥堵的一种行之有效的方法,利用干路和干路之间的支路、街巷、里弄等组织交通微循环,可以以较低的成本改善交通状况、缓解城市交通拥堵。单向交通是交通微循环设计中经常采用的交通组织方式之一。论文重点研究了单向交通在城市交通微循环系统中的应用,设计了交通微循环网络组织优化的双层规划模型,上层模型为多目标规划问题,下层模型为容量限制的交通配流模型,并设计了求解的遗传算法,最后通过算例验证了模型的有效性。验证结果表明:与双向交通组织方式相比,单向微循环的交通组织效果更优。
Traffic microcirculation is an effective way to mitigate the traffic pressure of urban artery roads and address the problem of congestion. This microcirculation made up of by-pass among artery roads, streets, and Hutongs, can improve the traffic situation and ease the urban traffic congestion with less cost. One-way traffic is often used in the design of traffic micro-circulation. This paper focuses on the application of one-way traffic in the system of traffic microcirculation. A bi-level optimized model is proposed, in which the upper-level models are designed for multiple-target plan, the underpass models for traffic assignment with capacity limitation. The genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. By the comparative analysis with the traditional two-way traffic organization, the numerical results show that one-way traffic is better.
