摘要
分析了近年高速公路乘用车出行量增加的原因,阐述了2008年到2016年高速公路乘用车的变化趋势,提出了客车运输量的运算基数。测算了2016年由县乡区域收费站驶入高速公路的乘用车车流量,研究了乘用车跨省出行与省内出行的运输差异性。按照国家政策的规定,在区分免费节假日和收费节假日的情况下,分析了北京市和上海市的出行压力。最后,通过对比部分省会城市在相同天数的免费节假日和收费节假日的日均车流量,探讨了乘用车在不同节假日期间的出行强度与差异,以及免收通行费政策对部分省会城市乘用车出行的促进效果。
In order to acknowledge why passenger car traffic increases so rapidly in recent years,by counting up the toll collection data from 2008 to 2016,the present paper briefly explain the reasons,and proposes the cardinal numbers of the transportation volume for passenger cars.In addition,it counts up the data for passenger car traffic,which comes from countries and townships area.There is obvious differences between traveling between provinces or traveling within province of passenger cars.According to the policy,by distinguishing the festivals free of charge or not,it vividly analyzes the traffic pressure on expressway of Beijing and Shanghai.Finally,by the comparison the passenger car traffic of the festivals with the same intervals for some selected capital of the provinces,some conclusions concerning traffic intensity and traveling differences is acquired through efforts.The paper also displays the promoting effects to the passenger car due to the of free-of-charge policy.
