“双协同”背景下港口集装箱业务转型发展路径——以唐山港为例 被引量:1

摘要 在"京津冀协同"和"区域港口一体化协同"的"双协同"背景下,通过对唐山港集装箱业务发展现状进行评估,全面分析了唐山港集装箱业务快速发展的原因和存在的短板。从腹地的协同基础、树立区域整体服务品牌的协同述求和拓展多式联运业务的协同优势等角度,阐述了津冀港口群协同发展集装箱的动力来源,明确了唐山港的集装箱业务应立足于承接区域特色物流服务、延伸港口服务腹地和升级物流服务类型等发展路径。最后,从融入津冀港口群统一平台、积极策划内陆铁路运输组织、优化集装箱专用码头铁路集疏运条件等角度,提出了促进唐山港集装箱业务转型发展的主要措施。 Under the new era of'Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordination strategy'and'Integrated collaboration requirement of regional ports',This paper analyzed the status of the container service of Tangshan Port and the reason of rapid development and main shortages.The motivation of coordinative development of container service between Tianjin and Hebei ports is presented from three main aspects,such as similar hinterland,establishment of regional integrated container service brand,comparative advantage of extension of multimodal transport services.The transformation paths of the container service of Tangshan Port should focus on undertaking regional characteristic logistics service,extension of hinterland of port’s service and promotion of logistics service types.Several main measures are proposed in the end,such as integration into unified platform of Tianjin and Hebei ports,scheme of railway transport organization from port to inland,optimization of layout of railway lines leading to the container docks.
