Evaluation on the Large Department System Reform of China's Transportation Sectors

在梳理和总结2009年和2013年两次交通运输大部制改革的基础上,从管理效能、构建综合交通运输体系、运输能力和水平、转变监管方式等方面,提出了交通运输大部制改革评价体系;分析交通运输大部制改革的成效与问题,提出了新时代综合交通运输体制改革的思路与重点。

On the basis of combing and summarizing the two major reforms of transportation in 2009 and 2013,the reform of transportation system was proposed evaluation system in terms of management efficiency,construction of comprehensive transportation system,transportation capacity and level,and transformation of supervision methods;analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and problems of the reform of the transportation system;propose the ideas and key points of the reform of the comprehensive transportation system in the new era.
