与轨道并行路的储备研究

Reserve Research of Roads Parallel to Railways

开展项目前期储备工作研究,建立道路项目储备库,是配合实施交通基础设施审批改革和统筹前期推进工作的重要举措。涉轨类道路属于项目储备库的子库,与轨道并行道路是涉轨类道路中的最基本部分。本文针对与轨道并行的道路工程,论述了项目储备研究的必要性,分析了前期推进过程中存在的主要问题,提出了储备研究的基本思路。并以北京针织路项目为例进行了具体分析。

Carrying out research on the preliminary reserve work of the project and establishing the reserve bank of the road project are important measures to cooperate with the implementation of the reform and approval of the transportation infrastructure and the promotion of the preliminary work.The track-related road belongs to the sub-library of the project reserve,and the parallel road with the track is the most basic part of the track-related road.This paper discusses the necessity of project reserve research for the road engineering parallel with the track,analyzes the main problems in the early stage of the advancement process,and puts forward the basic ideas of reserve research.The Zhenzhi Road Project of Beijing was taken as an example for this specific analysis.
