摘要
随着人们生活程度的提高,人们对冷链食品需求增长,对安全、保鲜、保质的要求也随之提升,冷链配送作为冷链物流的关键节点至关重要。针对生鲜产品在途易腐败变质等质量问题,分析国内外冷链配送质量控制相关状况,对冷链企业配送质量控制策略进行深入分析和探讨,提出结合配送模式、配送中心选址、路线规划、在途质量保障、质量管理标准化五个方面进行质量把控,全方位的质量把控有助于冷链企业把控生鲜产品质量,减少在途损坏。并以郑州某冷链企业为例,针对配送途中的质量问题,提出了优化建议,找到符合企业发展现状的冷链配送策略。
With the improvement of people’s living standard,people’s demand for cold chain food increases,and their requirements for safety,freshness and quality are also improved.As a key node of cold chain logistics,cold chain distribution is of great importance.Because fresh products are easy rotten,this paper analysis cold-chain distribution conditions related to quality control at home and abroad and the quality of cold chain enterprise and distribution control strategy.Furthermore,put forward combining with the five aspects of quality control,including:distribution pattern,the distribution center location,route planning,In-transit quality assurance,quality management standardization.Comprehensive quality control helps cold chain enterprises to control fresh product quality,reduce damage in transit.Taking a cold-chain enterprise in Zhengzhou as an example,put forward optimization Suggestions to solve the quality problems in the process of distribution,and find out the cold-chain distribution strategy in line with the development status of the enterprise.
