总结共享单车运营过程中存在的诸多问题,从政府相关部门监管共享单车企业运营的角度出发,在运营管理、配套设施、设施维护和人员配置四个主要方面建立监管指标体系框架,并初步提出评价指标,为政府监管共享单车企业运营提供建议和参考。

This paper summarizes problems existing in the operation of shared bikes.It establishes a framework of regulatory indicators from the perspective of government’s relevant departments to supervise the operation of bike-sharing companies,and the four major aspects of operation management,supporting facilities,facility maintenance and staffing.It puts forward evaluation indicators,and provides suggestions and references for the government to supervise the operation of bike-sharing companies.
