上海市省际道路客运风险评价模型

Comprehensive Risk Evaluation on Inter-provincial Passenger Transportation in Shanghai

本文针对道路客运企业风险管理问题,以上海市省际道路客运行业为例,采用层次分析法建立省际道路客运生产安全风险评价模型,从经营安全、生产安全、人员素质和车辆状况四个方面筛选并整理评价指标,构建递阶层次的评价指标体系,确定风险等级划分标准。依托上海市交通委员会安全监督管理平台数据库,实现对上海市省际客运企业的安全生产风险等级的自动评价,辅助交通运输安全监管部门实现省际道路客运企业安全风险自动识别,从而提升管理效率。

This paper focuses on the risk management of road passenger transport enterprises and adopts the analytic hierarchy process to establish the safety risk assessment model for inter-provincial road passenger transport.it takes the inter-provincial road passenger service industry as an example and builds a hierarchy of evaluation indicators considering four aspects including operational safety,production safety,personnel quality and vehicle status,and determines the risk classification criteria.Based on the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission’s safety supervision and management platform database,we run the automatic evaluation of the safety production risk level of inter-provincial passenger transport enterprises in Shanghai,which will contribute to improving the management efficiency of transportation related.
