基于灰色理论的通用机场安全风险评价体系研究

Study on Safety Risk Assessment of GA Airports Based on Grey Theory

为提高我国通用机场的安全管理水平,本文从我国通用机场实际发展现状出发,在收集并研究国内外安全评价体系的基础上,确定了通用机场安全风险评价指标。采用灰色评价理论,根据预定目标建立了安全风险评价体系,通过系统分析,对通用机场运行中的安全风险形成一个可供参考的水平。本研究可帮助局方和通用机场识别风险,有利于机场自身和局方对通用机场安全进行持续的监督和检查,进而保障我国通用机场可持续发展。

In order to improve the safety management level of general aviation airports(GA airports),we collects and studies the safety evaluation system in China and abroad and determines the safety risk evaluation indexes of GA airports based on the actual development status of China’s GA airports.Based on the grey evaluation theory,we establish a safety risk evaluation system according to the predetermined objective.The level of safety risk in GA airports operation could be drawn through systematic analysis.The study could help the This study can help the authorities and GA airports to identify risks,which is conducive to the continuous supervision and inspection of the airport itself and the government agencies,so as to promote the sustainable development of GA airports in China.
