摘要 基于互联网技术的车货匹配平台是提高道路运输业资源利用效率和车货匹配效率、降低道路运输成本的有效途径。为推动车货匹配市场健康稳定发展,本文以道路干线货运匹配模式为研究对象,梳理、分析已有车货匹配模式,从线下运力布局和物流运作主体视角下将车货匹配模式分为'线上'模式、'线上+线下'模式和有车承运人模式、无车承运人模式。在此基础上,以四川省成都市X网络技术有限公司为例,分析平台的运营机制、盈利模式以及安全保障机制,从平台的匹配机制、用户管理、线下网点布局、运输结构调整四方面提出优化措施,为四川省车货匹配的发展提供参考。 The vehicle-cargo matching platform based on Internet technology is an effective way to improve the resource utilization efficiency and the matching efficiency of vehicles and goods,and reduce the cost of road transportation.In order to promote the healthy and stable development of the cargo matching market,this paper takes the road trunk freight matching mode as the research object.Combing and analyze the existing vehicle-cargo matching mode,and divide the vehicle-cargo matching mode into'online'mode,'online and offline'mode,car carrier mode and Car-free carrier mode from the perspective of offline capacity layout and logistics operation subject.On this basis,taking Chengdu X company in Sichuan Province as an example,analyzing the platform’s operating mechanism,profit model and security mechanism.Propose optimization measures from four aspects:platform matching mechanism,user management,Offline layout and transportation structure adjustment,provide optimization for the development of cargo matching in Sichuan Province.
