Congestion Pricing Strategies of Road Network Based on Macroscopic Fundamental Diagram

摘要 交通拥挤收费是指通过价格杠杆调节城市需求,从而达到缓解城市交通拥堵、提高车辆在路网中运行效率的目的。本文将路网的宏观基本图(MFD)与静态收费理论相结合,类比静态收费模型中费用-交通量关系与MFD中的特征参数,提出了拥挤状态下通过路网内交通量确定拥挤费用的策略,以使路网的通行能力维持在最优状态。在此基础上针对该策略在传统模型上的创新进行了分析总结,并探讨了其应用于路网的实际意义。 Congestion pricing refers to the regulation of urban demand through price lever,so as to alleviate urban traffic congestion and improve the efficiency of vehicles in the road network.In this paper,the Macroscopic Fundamental Diagram(MFD)of the road network is combined with the static charging theory,the cost-volume relationship in the static charging model and the characteristic parameters in MFD are compared,and the strategy of determining the congestion cost through the traffic volume in the road network in the crowded state is proposed,so as to maintain the traffic capacity of the road network in its optimal state.On this basis,the innovation of the strategy in the traditional model is analyzed and summarized,and the practical significance of the strategy in the road network is discussed.
