摘要
随着商业银行经营环境的变化,竞争日益加剧,越来越多的商业银行需要用新的营销策略来增强企业的核心竞争力。文章首先分析了商业银行经营环境的具体变化,并据此从客户关系管理和培育金融品牌两个方面提出了相应的营销策略。
With the change in operation environment of commercial banks and increasing intensity of competition, more and more commercial banks need to adopt new marketing strategies to strengthen the core competitive power of enterprises. First of all, this article analyze the concrete changes in operational environment of commercial banks. Then on this basis, it puts forward corresponding strategies in such two aspects as the management of customer relations and developing financial famous brands.
