In this paper,the concepts of structural constants and the correspondent cube matrix of finite dimensional bialgebras and Hopf algebras are mainly discussed. From which a new method can be got,that is, the discussion about bialgebras and Hopf algebras can be turned to that about n×n×n cube matrixes.
