本文论述了大学毕业生所面临的就业机遇与严峻的挑战,提出了加强毕业生就业指导工作相应的对策。
This article discusses opportunities and serious challenges that university graduates are facing in their job hunting, and offers some strategies to strengthen career guidance for graduates.
