摘要
目的:建立羚贝止咳糖浆中吗啡含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,Sunfire C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈∶0.01mol·L^(-1) 磷酸氢二钾∶0.005mol·L^(-1) 庚烷磺酸钠(18∶41∶41);检测波长为220nm,柱温为30℃。结果:吗啡在2.464～246.4μg·mL^(-1) 浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.44%(n=6)。结论:所建立的吗啡含量测定方法专属性强,准确性、重现性、稳定性好,可作为羚贝止咳糖浆中吗啡含量的测定方法。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of morphine in Lingbei Zhike syrup.Methods:Using HPLC method,Sunfire C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was chosen as a chromatographic column and acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L-1 dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution-0.005 mol·L-1 sodium heptane sulfonate solution(18∶41∶41)was a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 220 nm,column temperature was 30℃.Results:A good linear range of morphine was 2.464~246.4μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),average recovery rate was 98.8%(RSD=1.44%,n=6).Conclusion:The HPLC method is accurate,rapid and has good reproducibility for determation of morphine in Lingbei Zhike syrup.
