平乐正骨理筋手法结合功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by the Manipulation of Pingle Zhenggu and Regulating Tendons Combined with Functional Exercise in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:研究平乐正骨理筋手法结合功能锻炼治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)与常规药物治疗的疗效差异。方法:将76例KOA患者随机分为对照组(38例)和治疗组(38例),对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,治疗组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上结合平乐正骨理筋手法和功能锻炼治疗,采用VAS、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)及临床疗效评价治疗后和6个月随访的疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后及6个月随访的VAS及WOMAC评分中疼痛、僵硬、功能障碍评分及总分均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月,治疗组总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平乐正骨理筋手法结合功能锻炼治疗KOA疗效较好,治疗KOA要注重筋骨平衡。

Objective:To study the difference of therapeutic effect between the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and routine drug therapy by the manipulation of Pingle Zhenggu,regulating tendons and functional exercise.Methods:76 patients with KOA were randomly divided into control group(n=38)and treatment group(n=38).The control group was treated with routine drug therapy,The treatment group was treated with Vas,Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)of Western Ontario and McMaster University and the clinical curative effect was evaluated after treatment and 6 months follow-up.Results:After treatment and 6 months followup,the patients in both groups had pain in VAS and WOMAC scores.Stiffness,dysfunction score and total score were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)for 6 months.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of KOA with the manipulation of orthopedic bone and strengthening muscles combined with functional exercise is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment of KOA should pay attention to the balance of muscles and bones.
