针灸干预癫痫相关信号通路研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture Intervening Epilepsy Related Signal Pathway

癫痫是脑病中极为复杂且治疗困难的疾病之一,其复发率高,严重影响患者正常生活。癫痫对脑部损害较大,会引起难以恢复的认知记忆能力损伤。因此,癫痫一直为医学研究的热点之一。针灸防治癫痫在古代即有论述,认为具有良好疗效,但因其多以医家个案为主,并无系统总结,且由于其缺乏实验支持,为现代医学所怀疑。为此,通过对近5年来国内外文献中对针灸治疗癫痫的研究进行总结,系统阐述中医学对癫痫的认识以及针灸治疗癫痫的临床及实验研究进展,重点总结电针对癫痫相关信号通路的研究现状。

Epilepsy is one of the most complicated and difficult-to-treat diseases in encephalopathy.Its recurrence rate is high,which seriously affects the normal life of patients.Epilepsy damage to the brain larger,can cause difficult to recover cognitive memory impairment.Therefore,epilepsy has been one of the hot spots in medical research.Acupuncture prevention and treatment of epilepsy has been discussed in ancient times,with good curative effect,but because of its mostly physician-based cases,there is no systematic summary,and doubted by the modern medical because of its lack of experimental support.Therefore,this article summarizes the research on acupuncture treatment of epilepsy in domestic and foreign literatures in the past 5 years,systematically expounds the clinical and experimental research progress of TCM understanding of epilepsy and acupuncture treatment of epilepsy,and emphatically on the research of epilepsy-related signal transduction.
