铁皮石斛与其他不同品种石斛HPLC特征图谱比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立铁皮石斛HPLC特征图谱,并初步比较8个品种石斛(流苏石斛、球花石斛、铁皮石斛、紫皮石斛、金钗石斛、鼓槌石斛、兜唇石斛、苞鞘石斛)高效液相(HPLC)特征图谱的差异。方法:采用HPLC特征图谱技术,建立铁皮石斛及其他7个品种石斛特征图谱分析方法,采用国家药典委员会中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2004A版)进行相似度分析。结果:在铁皮石斛的HPLC特征图谱中,标记出55个共有峰,相似度为0.791~0.929。检测发现8个品种石斛所含化学成分存在较大差异,但均含有香草酸、丁香酸、东莨菪内酯、阿魏酸、滨蒿内酯、柚皮素、芹菜素、石斛酚、毛兰素。结论:建立铁皮石斛HPLC特征图谱的方法稳定可靠、重复性好,能在一定程度上能够反映流苏石斛、球花石斛、铁皮石斛、紫皮石斛、金钗石斛、鼓槌石斛、兜唇石斛、苞鞘石斛8个品种石斛主要化学成分的种类和相对含量差异,并为铁皮石斛和另外7个品种石斛的鉴别提供依据。 Objective:To establish HPLC Characteristic Spectrum of Dendrobium Officinale Kimura Et Migo and to preliminarily compare the different of HPLC Characteristic Spectrum of eight Dendrobium species(Dendrobium fimbriatum,Dendrobium thyrsiflorum,Dendrobium Officinale Kimura et Migo,Dendrobium devonianum,Dendrobium nobile,Dendrobium chrysotoxum,Dendrobium aphyllum,Dendrobium wardianum).Methods:The HPLC characteristic spectrum technology was used to analyze the Dendrobium Officinale Kimura Et Migo and the other seven species’Dendrobium.The similarity of the species was evaluated by using sofeware"Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM"published by the State Pharmacopoeia Commission(2004 Aversion).Results:Fifty five common peaks was shown in the HPLC Characteristic Spectrum of Dendrobium Officinale Kimura Et Migo,and the similarities were in the range of 0.791~0.929.Great differences existed in the chemical compositions of the eight Dendrobium species,but the vanillic acid,syringic acid,scopoletin,ferulic acid,scoparone,naringenin,apigenin,gigantol and erianinwas the common componenet of the eight Dendroium species.Conclusion:The established method of HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium Officinale Kimura Et Migo is accurate,reliable,and with good reproducibility.The mothod of HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium fimbriatum,Dendrobium thyrsiflorum,Dendrobium Officinale Kimura et Migo,Dendrobium devonianum,Dendrobium nobile,Dendrobium chrysotoxum,Dendrobium aphyllum,Dendrobium wardianum can reflect the difference of categories and relative quantities of main composition in the eight species of Dendrobium,and can be used to identify Dendrobium Officinale Kimura Et Migo from the other seven Dendrobium species.
