风温肺热病(流行性感冒)病毒及中医证型分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:了解湖北省中医院风温肺热病(流行性感冒)患者病毒类型及中医证候类型分布情况,为中医药治疗风温肺热病(流行性感冒)提供指导。方法:对湖北省中医院肺病科2017年11月-2018年1月收治的风温肺热病(流行性感冒)患者病毒类型及中医证候类型进行统计学分析。结果:79例风温肺热病(流行性感冒)患者中有52例检出存在病毒抗体阳性,阳性率为65.8%。共检出各种病毒类型阳性74人次,其中巨细胞病毒IgG抗体阳性最多,共35人次(47.3%);风热犯肺证最多,共39例(49.3%)。结论:病毒类型与中医证型相关性研究需要进一步深入研究单味中药及复方抗流感病毒、抗病毒转录的效应及作用机制,为疗效显著、作用机制明确的抗流感病毒新药研发提供参考,这是今后中医药治疗风温肺热病(流行性感冒)相关研究的方向和目标。 Objective:To investigate the types of virus and TCM patterns from patients with wind-warm disease with lung heat(influenza),so as to guide the treatment of influenza by TCM.Methods:The types of virus and TCM patterns of 79patients with windwarm disease with lung heat(influenza)who were hospitalized in a hospital from November 2017to January 2018were analysed.Result:Of the 79patients with wind-warm disease with lung heat(influenza)included in the reference standard,52were positive for the presence of viral antibodies,with a positive rate of 65.8%.A total of 74positive virus were detected,of which 35(47.3%)were positive for cytomegalovirus IgG antibody.Wind-heat invading defense pattern the most TCM patterns is 39(49.3%).Conclusion:The research on the correlation between virus types and TCM patterns needs to be further studied.And study the effect and mechanism about single Chinese herbs and compound anti-influenza,antiviral transcript.Provide TCM methods for the development of new antiviral drugs with significant efficacy and clear mechanisms,this is the direction and goal of future studies on the treatment of wind-warm disease with lung heat(influenza)in Chinese medicine.
