摘要
目的:探究含富碘中药复方治疗Graves病的疗效及安全性。方法:选取33例拒绝131I及手术治疗的Graves病患者,随机分成两组,试验组予含富碘中药复方治疗,可酌情加用小剂量甲巯咪唑,对照组予甲巯咪唑10~15mg,1次/天,口服,观察两组中医证候积分、甲状腺功能、甲状腺自身抗体、不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后与治疗前相比中医证候积分有显著性降低,治疗4周时,试验组FT4达标情况明显优于对照组,治疗8、12周后,FT4达标情况两组未见明显差异。两组患者治疗前后TgAb、TPOAb的变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后与治疗前相比,TRAb明显降低,对照组TRAb的变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组肝损伤和粒细胞减少症的发生情况明显少于对照组。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine compound containing iodine in the treatment of graves's disease.Methods:Thirty-three patients with graves'disease who refused 131Iand operation were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with iodine-rich Chinese herbal compound,and small doses of methimazole were added as appropriate.The control group was treated with methimazole 10-15mg once a day.To observe the TCM syndrome score,thyroid function,thyroid autoantibodies and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.At 4weeks,the FT4level in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in the changes of TgAb and TPOAb between the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment,TRAb in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and there was no statistical significance in the change of TRAb in the control group.The incidence of liver injury and granulocytopenia in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group.
