基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的选穴规律

Analysis of the Rules of Acupoints Selection for Acupuncture Curing TMD Based on Data mining

目的:分析、归纳针灸治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的选穴规律。方法:搜索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方、维普、Pubmed数据库1998-2018年针灸治疗TMD的相关学术论文。建立数据库,分别利用Excel2016、SPSS 24、IBM SPSS Modeler 18进行描述性分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果:①描述性分析:根据纳入标准筛选出69组有效处方,涉及30个穴位;穴位频次排序前3位的为下关(63)、合谷(53)、颊车(43);头面部取穴为主(188),四肢取穴为辅(99);阿是穴使用频率最高(31.9%);择经排序前3位的为足阳明胃经(67),手阳明大肠经(53),手少阳三焦经(30);②关联规则分析:二阶、三阶、四阶关联支持度最高的分别为患侧合谷→下关,颊车→合谷+下关,听宫→颊车+合谷+下关;③聚类分析:得出4类有效聚类群和5类辨证分析规律。结论:择经取穴具有辨病、辨证相结合的特点和规律。

Objective:To Analysize,conclude the rules of acupoints selection for acupuncture curing TMD based on data mining.Methods:Search relevant academic paper about acupuncture curing TMD in 1998-2018on CNKI,Wanfang,Vip and Pubmed database;Establish database,respectively use Excel2016,SPSS24,IBM SPSS Modeler 18to do descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis.Results:①Descriptive analysis:screen out 69groups effective prescription according to the inclusion criteria,involving 30acupoints;The first 3acupoints frequency ordering are Xiaguan(63),Hegu(53),Jiache(43);Take craniofacial cavitation as principal(188),limbs as complementary(99);Ashi points has the highest frequency of use(31.9%);The first 3 of meridian choosing ordering are Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming(67),Hand-Yangming(53),triple energizer meridian(30);②Association rule analysis:the highest degree of correlation support of second order,third order and fourth order are Hoku on the affected side→xiaguan point,jiache→hegu+xiaguan point,tinggong→jiache+hegu+xiaguan;③clustering analysis:Obtain 4kinds of effectivegroups and 5kinds of dialectic analysis rules.Conclusion:Choosing acupoints and meridians have the characteristic and rules of of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation.
