当代针灸文化负载词的发展趋势分析

Analysis of Culture-loaded Words Related to Acupuncture-Moxibustion in the Modern Time

目的:通过查找、整理针灸学相关文化负载词,探讨其发展趋势及其对现代针灸学发展的影响。方法:检索《上海针灸杂志》从创刊至2017年12月31日发表的论文,查找与针灸理论、取穴方法、针刺手法等相关的文化负载词。针对查找结果分析所得针灸文化负载词的分布规律、英文翻译现状。结果:共检索到有效文献9 983条,其中研究主题涉及针灸文化负载词的文献共计527条,占有效文献总量的5.28%。所提取的527条文献中共包含有效词条131个。数据分析显示,针灸学相关文化负载词随时间发展整体呈增长趋势。所得针灸文化负载词多与针刺手法及取穴方法有关,且所纳入的词汇并没有统一标准的英文翻译。结论:针灸文化负载词随针灸学的发展整体呈上升趋势,但缺乏统一规范。

Objective:By searching and sorting the culture-loaded words related to acupuncture-moxibustion,to discuss the development of the acupuncture-moxibustion culture-loaded words and its influence on the development of acupuncture-moxibustion in modern time.Methods:Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture-moxibustion was retrieved,from the inception to December 31st,2017,to identify the culture-loaded words related to the theory of acupuncture-moxibustion,acupoint selection method and needling skills,etc.The distribution of the identified acupuncture-moxibustion-related culture-loaded words and their English translation were analyzed.Results:of the 9983valid articles,527articles were identified containing culture-loaded words related to acupuncture-moxibustion in the study subject,accounting for 5.28%.The identified 527articles contained 131eligible words.The data analysis showed that the number of the acupuncture-moxibustion-related culture-loaded words wasgenerally increasing with the time.The identified words were mainly associated with needling manipulation and acupoint selection,and these words did not have unified English translation.Conclusion:The number of acupuncture-moxibustion culture-loaded words has been generally increasing with the development of acupuncture-moxibustion,but the words all lack a unified standard.
