摘要
擂茶是中国最古老的茶俗,其广泛分布于闽、粤、湘、赣、台等客家人居住地。对福建客家擂茶的历史渊源、用药品种特点、现代开发及研究等进行综述,以加强对擂茶这一传统习俗的认知和开发利用。
“Hakka Leicha”is the oldest tea custom,they are widely distributed in Hakka settlements,such as Fujian,guangdong,Hunan,Jiangxi and Taiwan.The author makes a summary of the history,characteristics,modern development and research of Hakka tea in Fujian,so that we can strengthen our cognition and utilization of the traditional custom of Leicha.
