摘要
试用"大医精诚,止于至善"来解读仲景之医圣精神,以期后学者能以仲景先师为榜样而精进医术、深修医德。研读《伤寒杂病论》原文后认为以胸胁作为少阳病病位比半表半里更合适,故知研读中医经典应从精于原著开始。精于四诊,将理论运用于实践、积累临床经验方能提高医术,亦能丰富理论。中华文化源远流长,博大精深,是孕育中医的土壤,学习中国传统文化能使我们知本达源。西方文化也有许多值得我们学习的地方,现代医学也是一门了不起的科学,故亦当精于中国传统文化及现代医学。诚是一种明心见性之天人合一的境界,在内为诚,在外为德;而术与德是相辅相成的,德者,本也。止于至善是一种已立立人、己达达人的悬壶济世、爱民报国的人生实践,即是为实现大同理想做贡献之医圣精神。
This article tries to interpret zhongjing's medical spirit by means of'great medical sincerity,stop at perfection',in the hope that later scholars can take zhongjing's master as an example to improve their medical skills and deepen their medical ethics.After studying the original text of'treatises on miscellaneous diseases of typhoid fever',the author believes that it is more appropriate to use the rib as the location of shaoyang disease than'half the surface and half the inside'.Therefore,it is necessary to be proficient in the original text to study the classics of traditional Chinese medicine.Skilled in the four diagnosis,the theory will be applied to practice,accumulate clinical experience to improve medical skills,can also enrich the theory.Chinese culture has a long history and is broad and profound,which is the soil for the breeding of traditional Chinese medicine.Learning Chinese traditional culture enables us to know the source of origin,while western culture has much to learn.Modern medicine is also an amazing science,so we should also be good at Chinese traditional culture and modern medicine.'Sincerity'is the state of'unity of man and nature',which is the inner sincerity and the outer morality.Art and virtue are complementary to each other.'Stop at the best'is a kind of life practice of helping the world,loving the people and serving the country,which is the medical spirit of making contributions to realize the ideal of great harmony.
