摘要
目的:探讨捧兴保健酒对KM小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:将雄性KM小鼠随机分为空白对照组、基质对照组及5、10、20mL·kg^(-1)·BW捧兴保健酒剂量组,灌胃给药30d后,分别对负重游泳时间、血尿素氮、肝糖原、血乳糖进行测定。结果:10、20mL·kg^(-1)·BW剂量捧兴保健酒能显著延长KM小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.01),提高肝糖原含量(P<0.01),同时明显抑制运动过程中血尿素氮及乳酸堆积(P<0.01)。结论:捧兴保健酒对KM小鼠具有抗疲劳作用。
Objective:To explore the anti-fatigue effect of Pengxing health wine.Methods:Male KM mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:negative control group,vehiclecontrol group and 5,10,20 mL·kg-1·BW dose groups.The mice were treated orally for 30 days then the forced swimming time,the blood urea nitrogen,the hepatic glycogen and the blood lactic acid were determined.Results:The forced swimming time and the hepatic glycogen of male mice in 10 mL·kg-1·BW and 20 mL·kg-1·BWshowed a significant increase when compared with vehiclecontrol group(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the blood urea nitrogen and the blood lactic acid of male mice in 10 mL·kg-1·BW and above dose groups showed a significant decrease when compared with vehiclecontrol group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Pengxing health wine showed significant anti-fatigue activity.
