摘要 目的:采用FTIR红外光谱法对忍冬科不同产地不同品种药用忍冬进行鉴别分析。方法:对14种不同产地不同品种药用忍冬进行红外光谱鉴别,并利用计算机软件对其红外光谱图进行相似度计算和化学模式识别。结果:不同品种药用忍冬的红外光谱及二阶导数光谱图具有一定差异;相似度结果表明相同品种的药用忍冬其化学成分相似,且与产地无关,同类别的药用忍冬主要化学成分相似;聚类分析表明不同种的药用忍冬之间主要成分差异较大,可以将不同品种药用忍冬较好地鉴别和区分开来。结论:利用FTIR红外光谱法、化学计量学方法相结合可在一定程度上鉴定和识别忍冬科不同品种药用忍冬,同时为此类研究提供一定依据。 Objective:FTIR infrared spectrophotometry was used to identify different species of medicinal lonice from different areas.Methods:The ir spectra of 14 species of medicinal lonice from different areas were identified,and the similarity calculation and chemical pattern recognition of ir spectra were done by computer software.Methods:The ir spectra and the second derivative spectra of different species’s medicinal lonice were different.The similarity results showed that the chemical components of the same species of medicinal lonice were similar and has nothing to do with the place of origin.Cluster analysis showed that the main components of different species of medicinal lonice were different,which could be used to distinguish different species.Conclusion:FTIR and stoichiometry can be used to identify different species of medicinal lonice.At the same time,it provides some basis for this kind of research.
