摘要
目的:优化复方缬草胶囊的最佳辅料、原辅料比,研究复方缬草胶囊的制备工艺。方法:以吸湿率、休止角、临界相对湿度等为评价指标,筛选最佳辅料和原辅料配比并确定成型胶囊的最佳装量、堆密度、相对临界湿度等。结果:复方缬草胶囊的最佳辅料为糊精,原辅料最佳配比为3∶1,应采用0号胶囊装填,每粒装0.5g,临界相对湿度为69.9%。结论:辅料选择合理有效,成型胶囊的指标符合要求,工艺可行度高,可为后续医院制剂的研发提供参考依据。
Objective:To optimize the best selection of accessories,raw material radio of compound valerian capsule and the technology of compound Valeriana capsule.Methods:Using the moisture absorption rate,the repose angle and the critical relative humidity as the evaluation index to choose the best accessory and raw material radio and to Determine the optimum loading volume of molding capsule,stack density,and critical relative humidity etc.Results:The best excipient of compound valerian capsule is dextrin,and the best ratio of raw and excipient is 3∶1.It should be filled with No.0 capsule,0.5 g per grain and critical relative humidity is 69.9%.Conclusion:The excipient selection is reasonable and effective on study,and the index of forming capsules meet the requirements.The feasibility of the technology is high,which can provide a basis for the subsequent research and development of hospital preparations.
