摘要
目的:对胃动颗粒水溶性部位的提取方法进行考察。方法:采用水提醇沉法,以党参炔苷为指标,分别利用正交试验法及单因素试验法考察胃动颗粒水溶性部位影响因素。结果:最佳水提醇沉工艺为:取党参、大腹皮、鸡内金分别加水10、8、6倍量,煎煮3次,每次1.5h、1h、1h,煎液滤过,滤液合并,在70~80℃浓缩至相对密度为1.05~1.10的清膏,放出清膏,加入乙醇使含醇量达60%,充分搅拌,室温静置24h,取上清液,在70~80℃,浓缩至适量。结论:优化后的胃动颗粒水溶性部位提取工艺方法简单、重现性良好、准确可靠,优化后的制剂工艺有效成分损失最少,并尽量保留了该处方中的有效成分。
Objective:The research for the extraction method of water-soluble parts of Weidong granula.Methods:The extraction method for Weidong granula was used water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The lobetyolin content in the Weidong granula as the index for orthogonal test and single factor test.Results:The optimum process for Codonopsis pilosula,Pericarpium arecae,Chicken's gizzard-membrane in Weidong granula by water extract-alcohol precipitation.The 8,6,10 times the amount of water,and decoction for 3 times,each time 1.5,1,1 h,respectively.The decoction liquid was filtered,and the filtrate to merge.The filtrate was concentrated in 70~80℃,and the relative density of the concentrate was 1.05~1.10.60%ethanol was added in,and mixed.The concentrate was standing at room temperature for 24 hours.Then take the supernatant of the,and concentration at 70~80℃.Conclusion:The optimized extraction method for the water-soluble parts of Weidong granule was simple,reproducible,accurate and reliable.The optimized extraction process had the least loss of the active ingredients and kept the active ingredients in the prescription.
