《卒心痛-不稳定性心绞痛中医诊疗指南》第一轮专家问卷诊断部分调查分析

First Round of Expert Questionnaire on Diagnosis of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Acute Epigastralgia-unstable Angina

目的:评价和筛选中医内科行业专家对《卒心痛-不稳定性心绞痛中医诊疗指南》初稿框架以及诊治意见的集中程度与协调程度,制定科学实用的《卒心痛-不稳定性心绞痛中医诊疗指南》。方法:基于德尔菲法制定《卒心痛-不稳定性心绞痛中医诊疗指南》第一轮调查问卷,向全国36位专家发送并回收问卷,并对调查结果进行统计分析,为第二轮专家调查问卷的编制提供基础。结果:问卷回收率为86%,专家对其中指标意见的集中程度与协调程度较高。结论:《卒心痛-不稳定性心绞痛中医诊疗指南》框架涉及的条目基本得到专家认可,但在证型、治疗等方面存在不同意见,有待进一步优化。

Objective:To evaluate and screen the concentration and coordination degree of draft framework and the opinions of TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines for Acute epigastralgia-unstable angina by TCM experts,to formulate scientific and practical TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines for Acute epigastralgia-unstable angina.Methods:On the basis of the research literatures,Delphi method was used to make expert questionnaire of TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines for unstable angina,then analyzed the 1 st questionnaire results by 36 experts,and statistical analysis of survey results,provide the basis for the preparation of the second round of expert questionnaire.Results:the recovery rate of questionnaires was 86%,and the degree of concentration and coordination among the experts were higher.Conclusion:the items involved in the framework of'TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines for Acute epigastralgia-unstable angina pectoris'have been basically accepted by experts,but there are different opinions on syndrome type,treatment and so on,which need further optimization.
