从脏腑气化浅谈脂肪肝的中医病因病机

Discussion on Etiology and Pathogenesis of Fatty Liver in TCM from Gasification

气化是人体生命活动的本源,是脏腑调节的重要因素。气化异常是导致脏腑功能紊乱及代谢障碍的关键因素。脂肪肝的发生与饮食不节、劳逸失度、情志失调、久病体虚、禀赋不足等诸多因素有关,这些因素导致脏腑气化异常,尤以肝、脾、肾三脏为甚,引起气血津液代谢、输布及排泄逆乱,内生痰湿热瘀蕴结于肝,引发脂肪肝。

Gasification is the source of human life and an important factor in regulating viscera.Abnormal gasification is a key factor leading to dysfunction of the Zang Fu organs and metabolic disorders.The occurrence of fatty liver is related to many factors,such as improper diet,loss of work and rest,emotional disorder,chronic illness,deficiency of body,and insufficient endowment.These factors lead to abnormal gasification of viscera,especially liver,spleen and kidney,leading to adverse metabolism,distribution and excretion of Qi,blood and fluid,endogenous phlegm,dampness,heat and blood stasis in the liver,causing the disease.
