On quality education of the enterprise employee

文章从分析素质教育的内涵入手,讨论了企业职工素质教育的概念、特点以及它与企业职工培训的异同,并在此基础上进一步阐述了加强企业职工素质教育的现实意义。

This paper begins with an analysis of the connotation of quality education. Then the author discusses the concept and the characteristics of quality education in an enterprise and differences and similarities between quality education and the enterprise employee training. In the end the author focuses on the significance to strengthen the enterprise employee's quality education.
