Automation of the Compression Tests of Soils

土的压缩试验自动化是通过采用液压加荷、自动稳压、巡回检测和数字打印记录等先进技术来实现的。本文简要介绍了压力自动控制和自动调节,十联式自动记录仪的工作原理;分析了压力系统的误差和压缩变形量测试精度;提出了仪器的改进措施。

Some advanced technique, such as hydraulic loading system,automatic controlling of the applied pressures,automatic scanning unit,digital readout and typewriter etcg. have been used to bring the automation of the compression tests of soils into operation. The working principles of automatic control and regulation of the applied pressures and of the tenpoints' automatic Trecorder,analysis the probaele errore of loading system and the accuracy of Hmeasurements of compressive deformation are briefly desoribed, and some suggestions to improve the testing equipments are proposed.
