摘要
通过上海东方万国企业中心基坑支护工程实例,介绍了一种新型的超大面积深基坑开挖技术:环岛法。经过深入的方案对比,发现采用"环岛法"设计施工方案,大大缩短了基坑支护工期;并通过节约大量基坑临时支撑,控制了工程成本;同时解决了软土地层中超大面积基坑支护结构变形难以控制、对周边环境影响大的技术难题。实际监测数据表明:整个基坑施工过程中未出现基坑变形过大的现象,未发生渗漏水等安全隐患,并确保了基坑周边环境的安全。"环岛法"的成功应用为软土地层中超大面积深基坑的类似基坑工程提供了借鉴和参考。
Based on the case of bracing structures for excavation of Dongfangwanguo Enterprise Centre in Shanghai, a new set of design and construction method, roundabout method is introduced. The construction period is greatly reduced by using the method, and the project cost is also controlled by reducing a great amount of temporary bracing structures in the excavation. This new technique is able to effectively control the displacement of bracing structural system in deep soft soils. The field monitoring data show that there is no oversized displacement and leakage in the deep excavation, and subsequently the safety of the adjacent structures is ensured. This successful case may provide some useful reference for the design of similar projects.
