College journal,as one member of the press,undertakes a special missioneducate students/people by running newspaper.But how to improve its quality and makes it serve the readers better?This article analyses rationally the struture of newspapermen as well as the content and form of the newpaper in several respects.At the same time,it gives us some relevant countermeasure.
